AhlulBayt News Agency: Israeli occupation forces have carried out another deadly attack on civilians waiting for humanitarian aid in the Netzarim area, south of Gaza City.
Local sources reported that at least 18 bodies and several wounded civilians were transported to the heavily damaged Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
The Red Crescent confirmed that medical teams at Al-Quds Hospital treated six fatalities and more than 95 injured individuals.
Meanwhile, Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza received at least four deceased victims and over 90 wounded civilians.
All casualties were evacuated from the al-Nabulsi area in northwest Netzarim after Israeli forces opened fire on them.
Al Jazeera reported that Israeli forces killed at least 25 people at a food distribution site near the Netzarim Corridor, south of Gaza City.
The attack is the latest in a series of assaults on civilians seeking food at makeshift aid centers operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a US-backed initiative in Israeli-controlled zones of Gaza.
Since the GHF program began on May 27, more than 150 people have been killed and over 700 wounded while attempting to access food parcels for their families.
Additionally, multiple Gazans have gone missing since Israeli forces began targeting aid seekers near GHF sites.
Gaza’s Government Media Office condemned the US-Israeli aid distribution sites, calling them “human slaughterhouses” and accusing Israeli forces of deliberately luring desperate civilians to their deaths.
